Medical, Dental, and Vision Healthcare Plans

NorthPoint pays for 85% of the premium for medical, dental and vision coverage! NorthPoint also funds a Health Reimbursement or a Health Savings Account* with up to $2,000 to help offset your medical, dental and vision expenses!

401K with Company Match

The Company offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) Retirement Plan to employees. Employees may select between a traditional 401(k) in which contributions are taken out of payroll checks pre-tax or a Roth 401(k) in which contributions are taken out after tax. Our 401(k) investment advisers are available to answer questions regarding which type of 401(k) contribution is best for you. New employees are automatically enrolled on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of service.

Once the employee has met the eligibility requirement, he/she may begin making contributions (salary deferrals) to the 401(k) plan. As a participant in the 401(k) Plan, the Company will match 100% of the employee’s salary deferral contributions up to 6%.

Group Term Life and AD&D

Life insurance provides financial security for the people who depend on you. Your beneficiaries will receive a lumpsum payment in the event of your death while employed by NorthPoint. The company provides Basic Life Insurance for you in the amount of 2 times your salary up to a maximum of $200,000.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides payment to you or your beneficiaries if you lose a limb or die in an accident. NorthPoint provides AD&D equal to the amount of your employee Life Insurance.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability

NorthPoint automatically provides Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) at no cost to all eligible employees. Both lines of coverage provide income protection you will need in the event you become disabled due to a qualified illness or injury.

Personal Time Off (PTO)

You are eligible for up to one hundred twenty (120) hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) which begins accruing on your employment date. You may carry over up to 40 hours of unused PTO from year to year.
