First shift lead and their full staff, from check in person to loaders and receivers etc... are simply awesome. They never mess around to delay anyone....always right on top. Check IN people are polite to all, there’s nothing more you can ask from this place as they’re always a step ahead. Thank you first shift LEAD and team.

What I love about the staff at NorthPoint is focus on continuous improvement, they genuinely care and want to get better every day. They have made progress every single week, and last week they officially accomplished our “perfect week” challenge, which seemed out of reach a couple months ago.

Great place!!! I checked in around 0740 and was empty and rolling by 0900. People at receiving were very nice and helpful. Would not complain about coming back. Plenty of parking and looks like you can park overnight if needed, not sure you might want to ask.
